As the landscape of our schools, work and world change, the Colorado Association of School Resource Officers must do the same. Last night our Board of Directors met to discuss what the future holds for us as Colorado’s largest School Safety Association. CASRO’s Leadership has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 School Safety Conference scheduled for July 20-23, 2020 in Grand Junction, Colorado. Instead, CASRO will be working with its line of speakers to offer on-line presentations to our members. Attendees, Vendors and Sponsors may request a refund by sending an email to our Treasurer at casro.treasurer@outlook.com. Any non-refunded conference dues will be applied to our 2021 Rocky Mountain Regional School Safety Conference we are planning for June of 2021 in Grand Junction. Continue to do great work for our schools and students as they continue their education from home. We are still their SRO’s and protectors whether we are working patrol, in another division, or from home. Stay tuned for more updates from CASRO and we appreciate your continued support.
